About meÀ propos de moi

I'm a native English speaker, fluent in French, and I live in rural France. For fifteen years I worked in corporate and HR communications, where my role also took in localisation, data analysis, website coordination and project management.

I now work for myself, translating and teaching. I care about getting the tone right as much as the words: a message to employees should sound different from a product page, and a lesson for a shy teenager should feel different from one for a manager.

Je suis anglophone native, parfaitement bilingue en français, et je vis en milieu rural en France. Pendant quinze ans, j'ai travaillé dans la communication d'entreprise et RH, avec aussi de la localisation, de l'analyse de données, de la coordination de sites web et de la gestion de projet.

Je travaille aujourd'hui à mon compte, en traduction et en enseignement. Je tiens autant au bon ton qu'aux bons mots : un message aux salariés ne sonne pas comme une page produit, et un cours pour un adolescent timide ne ressemble pas à celui d'un cadre.
